Before we meet.

Bringing every document you hold relating to your matter — contracts, notices, correspondence, invoices, title records — together with their dates will speed up the process. It is particularly important for us to know the service date of any document served on you; time limits run from that date. You may also send the documents by e-mail in advance.
Fees are determined within the framework of the Istanbul Bar Association's Recommended Minimum Fee Tariff and the Attorneyship Minimum Fee Tariff, taking into account the nature of the work, the expected duration and the intensity of effort involved. A fixed monthly retainer model is also available for corporate clients.
Yes. We manage your files before courts and enforcement offices throughout Türkiye through our network of correspondent lawyers and electronic case tracking via UYAP. For clients residing abroad, the process can be conducted entirely remotely under a power of attorney.
The duration varies according to the type of dispute, the court's caseload and the stages of appeal. In our initial analysis report we clearly set out the average durations in comparable files and the factors specific to your matter that may accelerate or delay it.
A power of attorney may be issued before any notary public. Depending on the type of proceedings, a general power of attorney or one containing special authority may be required; we inform you in writing after the meeting which instrument is to be issued. Clients abroad may have the power of attorney issued at a Turkish consulate.
Yes. Under Article 36 of the Turkish Attorneyship Act the duty of confidentiality is absolute and continues even where no engagement is entered into. Every piece of information and every document you provide to our office is protected on that basis.
